My Equity Journey
Naming what is unsaid, asking difficult questions, probing the data, bringing new voices to the table, owning my own missteps -this is how I approach my work with an equity lens.
As a change maker, I seek new ways to disrupt institutional racism. As a White woman, I reflect and identify action I can take to be anti-racist.
Attending Undoing Racism and Beyond Diversity training has been part of my journey. I actively participate in a group of consultants grappling with how to integrate anti-racist principles into our work.

Creating tipping- point change can not happen without digging deep and confronting racism.
